FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

we're using DHL Express.

DHL Express international shipping option, which takes roughly 2-4 days to deliver.

FOR LOCAL SHIPPING:

For Local order we are using pgeon mail (RM6 for WM RM12 For EM) 4-5 Days to deliver. 

(free delivery with purchase above RM80 within Malaysia) 

All orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days.

1. Fully paid orders will usually be dispatched within 3 business days. Please note there may be some dispatch delays during periods around sales or holiday periods.
2. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Malaysian hours) and not on weekends or public holidays.
3. All shipment quotes are based on delivery address and not billing address.
4. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but we will take special care to ensure your goods are protected.
5. For orders using registered post service, we will forward you a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched to the post office.
6. Please take note that all duty and custom taxes, if any, will be borne by the recipient. Customs policies may vary from country to country; kindly contact your local customs office for more information.
7. In order to help with the delivery, it is best to provide full contact details including telephone and email address so you can be contacted locally if there are problems.
